• En la taquilla de ingreso se debe presentar el documento de identidad para validar la categoría de afiliación de los usuarios.
• El ingreso no tiene costo para los niños menores de 12 años afiliados a la Caja de Compensación Familiar Comfenalco Valle Delagente.

• Los adultos mayores de 60 años afiliados a la Caja de Compensación Familiar Comfenalco Valle Delagente, ingresan con una tarifa especial, equivalente a la categoría A, independiente su categoría de afiliación (Conforme a la ley 1251 de 2008).
• Está permitido el ingreso de alimentos, traídos desde casa. No se permite la recepción de alimentos por domicilios, ya que contamos con la venta de alimentos al interior de las instalaciones.
• No se permite el ingreso de personas en estado de embriaguez o bajo los efectos de sustancias psicoactivas, tampoco se permite el ingreso de bebidas alcohólicas y alucinógenos.
• Somos un espacio libre de humo, el consumo de tabaco y/o cigarrillo en las instalaciones de los Centros Recreacionales de Comfenalco Valle Delagente está prohibido, según el artículo 19 de la Ley 1335 del 2009.
• Los menores dieciocho (18) años, niñas, niños o adolescentes, deben ingresar al Centro Recreacional u Hotel con sus padres o un adulto responsable.

• No se admite el ingreso de mascotas. No contamos con espacios acondicionados o adecuados para tenencia o atención de mascotas.
• No se permite el ingreso de parlantes, bafles inalámbricos y/o cabinas de sonido a las instalaciones del centro recreacional. De esta manera evitamos incomodar a otros usuarios por exceso de ruido y respetamos la convivencia.
• El servicio de parqueadero no tiene ningún costo para nuestros usuarios, siempre y cuando se disponga de cupo. Tenga en cuenta que no contamos con parqueadero en todos los Centros Recreacionales y Hoteles.

• Es su responsabilidad todo daño ocasionado a las instalaciones del Centro Recreacional u Hotel y/o daños a terceros.
• Para el ingreso a la zona de piscina se debe utilizar el traje de baño adecuado en materiales sintéticos o impermeables como elastano, lycra, neopreno o spandex.
• Los menores de cuatro (4) años deben hacer uso del pañal especial acuático para el ingreso a las piscinas. De esta manera se previene una posible contaminación del agua por orina o heces fecales que obliga al cierre de la piscina para mantenimiento.
• Los menores de doce (12) años deben ingresar con un adulto a la zona de piscinas, la seguridad de niñas y niños es responsabilidad total de sus padres y/o acudientes.
• No se permite el ingreso y/o consumo de alimentos y bebidas en la zona piscinas.
• Antes de ingresar a las piscinas, siempre usa la ducha y lava píes.
• No uses cadenas, collares, camisetas, o elementos similares en la zona de piscinas, pueden causar algún tipo de atrapamiento mecánico.
• Acata las recomendaciones que te brinda el personal paramédico y/o salvavidas.
• No ingreses a las piscinas con heridas visibles, laceraciones o infecciones en la piel.
• Después del almuerzo o consumir alimentos espera media hora para volver a ingresar a la piscina.
• Alrededor de la piscina no corras ni juegues de manera fuerte o agresiva.
• En caso de tormenta eléctrica, debes salir de la piscina y de las áreas abiertas, refúgiate en una zona cubierta.
• En caso de incendio o terremoto por favor dirígete al punto de encuentro de evacuación, camina con calma y no corras.
• En los días de semana, por baja ocupación, no todos los servicios podrían estar habilitados en el Centro Recreacional u Hotel.

• Every child affiliated with Comfenalco Valle Delagente, under 12 years of age, is subsidized by the 100% of the entrances to the Recreational Centers.

• You are inside a protected area that is part of the Los Farallones de Cali National Natural Park, a place for the conservation of flora and fauna, for this reason we thank you for respecting the tranquility and integrity of all forms of life, and maintaining as much silence as possible possible.

• Adult visitors who enter the accommodation accompanied by minor children (family members) will be responsible for them in all aspects of health and safety, and also for the proper use of the camping area facilities.
• The catamaran mesh is a space for relaxation and reading, with a maximum capacity for four (4) people, in this space minors must be under the care of an adult.

• The user will be responsible before the Compensation Fund and the competent authorities, for damages, loss of elements, damages and/or bad behavior within our facilities.
• Take care of your personal belongings, Comfenalco Valle Delagente, is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry and other personal items of value that you own, nor does it assume any cost for the loss thereof. To avoid this situation and as a security mechanism for your personal belongings, our Family Compensation Fund has provided the luggage storage service for all users, it is totally free and you can request it during business hours.
• If you are going to move out of the camping tent to another part of the Recreational Center, take your personal or valuable items with you.
• After 9:00 pm, please do not do activities that affect the rest and good sleep of other users. People who return from our Tavern must do so with total discretion.
• Report any concern or irregularity in the service to the Recreation Center Administrator, who will gladly provide you with the necessary support for a prompt solution.
• Pool hours are extended until 9:00 pm After this time, the pools enter a maintenance and disinfection process, which can put the health of those who use them at risk.
• In accordance with the provisions of the Art. 17 of Law 679 of 2001, Comfenalco Valle Delagente rejects and denounces the exploitation and abuse of minors, these behaviors are criminally and civilly punished in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the country.
• Failure to comply with these recommendations may even lead to withdrawal from the Recreation Center without the right to a refund.

La Caja de Compensación Familiar Comfenalco Valle Delagente, teniendo en cuenta que los centros recreacionales se encuentran ubicados en sectores abiertos, campestres o rurales, se permite informar que:

• No está permitido la tenencia y adopción de animales domésticos debido a que no se cuenta con espacios óptimos y acondicionados para su estadía como es el caso de gatos, perros, conejos, entre otros.
• Para el caso de animales silvestres como aves, roedores, zarigüeyas, guatines, reptiles, entre otros, que permanecen en los centros recreacionales por ser de fauna silvestre, se requiere salvaguardarlos y protegerlos.

Por lo tanto, atendiendo las normas de protección de la vida silvestre lo invitamos a seguir estas recomendaciones:

• Evite el contacto físico con las especies domésticas y/o silvestres, tanto en captura parcial como permanente.
• Evite alimentar las especies domésticas y/o silvestres con cualquier tipo de alimento.
• Si logra identificar alguna especie silvestre que se encuentre en estado de maltrato o vulnerabilidad física, por favor reporte de manera inmediata a los colaboradores administrativos del centro recreacional, para proceder con los controles de apoyo definidos por las autoridades ambientales.
• Recuerde que usted se encuentra en una zona de interés ecológico, por lo tanto, evite fumar.

Comfenalco Valle Delagente no se hace responsable por situaciones que atenten contra la salud y el bienestar de sus visitantes al no cumplir las recomendaciones establecidas.
