As of June 2022, the Comfenalco Valle Delagente Family Compensation Fund has a new payment method called kupi, which will be available to all affiliated workers who are beneficiaries of the Monetary Family Subsidy.
What is Kupi?
Kupi is a financial technology ally that helps companies and people to relate to their money. This platform allows the worker, just by presenting his identity document and having his cell phone on hand, to make purchases in more than 3,500 commercial establishments or withdraw his Monetary Family Subsidy at no cost at 18,000 SuperGIROS points nationwide.
Taking into account all the benefits that this platform has, we have selected you to receive, since September, your Monetary Family Subsidy through this new payment method called Kupi, which will allow you to easily, quickly and safely access your subsidy without the need for the Service Card.
If you want to have more control of your money (consultations, movements and online purchases with the subsidy), you can download the free App Comfenalco Valley Delagente – kupi from the app stores Play Store for Android, App Store for IOS and Huawei Gallery Apps. If you are already a user kupi, you must download the Comfenalco Valle Delagente brand App to check your subsidy.
We tell you everything about the change process:
- In your cell phone number and email registered with us, you will receive a text message and an email confirming that you are already an active user in Kupi. You will receive a temporary access code to the App which must be modified by a secure password. The user will be the number of your identity document.
- On the last business day of the month, you will receive a text message confirming the payment of the Monetary Family Subsidy, which you can use to buy at commercial establishments in agreement with Kupi or withdraw at any SuperGIROS point in the country.
Important: If you do not receive the text message or email, possibly your cell phone number or email is not updated in our database, for which we invite you to update your information in the following way:

You can buy or withdraw your Monetary Family Subsidy through Kupi in the following way:
Buys:
- It is carried out within the establishments in agreement with Kupi.
- When you are at the establishment, present your identity document and have your cell phone handy.
- Then you will receive a text message on your cell phone, a call and/or an email giving you a code, which must be provided to the establishment in order to make the purchase.
- The establishment applies the code and the value of your purchase is automatically deducted from the subsidy balance.
Withdrawal:
- It is carried out at the authorized SuperGIROS points.
- You must go to a SuperGIROS point, present your identity document and have your cell phone handy.
- Then you will receive a text message on your cell phone, a call and/or an email giving you a code, which must be provided at the SuperGIROS point in order to make the withdrawal.
- The SuperGIROS point applies the code and the value of your withdrawal is automatically deducted from the balance of the subsidy.
