Comfenalco Valle Delagente made a million-dollar investment to adapt the camping area.
- New services available to members and the community in general for the enjoyment of Valle del Cauca families at the Yanaconas Hotel and Recreation Center.
After an investment of more than $350 million pesos, the new camping area of the Yanaconas Hotel and Recreation Center of Comfenalco Valle Delagente in Cali comes into service.
The investment made is reflected in the adaptation and improvement of the camping area, which now has 15 tents set up (ten (10) with a capacity of six (6) people and five (5) with a capacity of four (4) people). . In total, eighty (80) people will be housed in this new service.
The camping service is a lodging option within the Recreational Center, which will allow families to stay in the middle of nature, without the need for advance camping experience or equipment. People will receive their fully assembled tent, mats, pillows and linen.
This area, located in the elevated part of the Hotel and Recreational Center, will have completely renovated sanitary batteries, a meeting point, lighting, power outlet and mesh area for rest. In addition, attendees will be able to enjoy all the entertainment programming that the Yanaconas Hotel and Recreation Center has for its guests. For the adaptation of the campsite, work was carried out on the ground, construction of filters and adjustment of platforms in recycled plastic wood to isolate the tents from the ground.
Also, since November the Yanaconas Hotel and Recreation Center now has a heated swimming pool, for the service of members and their families. For the renovation of this aquatic space, pumping machines and a new heating system were acquired. This service will be provided from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (pass) and for guests from 4:40 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
“These new services are exclusive to the Yanaconas Hotel and Recreation Center, and seek to expand the recreation and fun options of Valle del Cauca families. The Compensation Fund continues to make investments that improve the quality of life of its affiliates and increase the range of possibilities for integration and healthy recreation, at comfortable prices”, explained Gricelda Castrillón Muñoz, Recreation and Housing Manager at Comfenalco Valle Delagente.
