What is a Compensation Box?
Comfenalco Valle Delagente is a non-profit entity that, for more than 63 years, has provided benefits to formal workers and their families in the department of Valle del Cauca.
Create incentives that seek comprehensive well-being through services and programs, such as monetary fees, education, housing, health, culture, recreation, and tourism, among others.
These benefits are possible thanks to the contribution of 4 % that employers make for their payroll, by affiliating them with their family group to the subsidy system.
Independent workers can also join a Family Compensation Fund, contributing 0.6 % based on a current legal monthly minimum wage, SMMLV, or 2 % on their income.
