The current legal regulations only allow the worker to affiliate as beneficiaries his children, his spouse or permanent partner, parents, orphaned siblings of both parents, who do not receive income or are pensioned and who depend economically on him.

The Integrated Form for the Settlement of Contributions to the Social Protection System is a mechanism that allows the integrated payment of contributions to Social Security (Health, Pension, Occupational Risks) and other parafiscals (Family Compensation Fund, Sena, ICBF, ESAP and Ministry of National Education) through electronic transfers of funds, using the integrated form of Payment Settlement in electronic format over the Internet.

The objective is to facilitate the monthly processing of the contributors, since it will avoid filling out a form for each administrator and an individual payment process, to replace them with the filling out of the electronic return that allows integrated payment.

In this way, important savings are achieved for contributors, represented in the optimization of the time of the couriers in charge of collecting the forms in each administrator and paying at the banks, the time of the payroll assistants who currently fill out the payment forms and the procedures and costs of the treasury and accounting processes for the settlement and registration of each of the different contributions.

The Service Card is issued only to workers affiliated with Comfenalco Valle Delagente, who meet the condition to receive Family Cash Subsidy from their beneficiaries.
