Comfenalco Valle informs its affiliated companies, workers and their families that since 2011 and currently we are complying with the convergence project of the International Financial Information Standards and Accounting Information Standards, in compliance with Law 1314 of 2009 by which the principles and standards of accounting and financial information in Colombia are regulated.

This process also responds to Official Letter OFI 12-00099881/JMSC31010 of September 13, 2012 issued by the High Council for Public and Private Management of the Presidency of the Republic, the Minister of Finance and Public Credit and the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism; also to official letter 2012 - 005429 of the Superintendency of Family Subsidy.

This project, which we developed in three phases to align ourselves with the International Financial Reporting Standards and Accounting Information Standards, will modify and improve our organization's financial processes for our customers, suppliers and other entities with which we are linked.
