What is the family subsidy for social interest housing?
It is a monetary contribution that Comfenalco Valle Delagente gives to its affiliated workers and their families, which constitutes a complement to the savings and/or household resources that allow them to acquire, build or improve the dream home.
A housing solution is understood as the set of operations that allows a household to have a room in satisfactory sanitary conditions of space, public services and quality of structure, or start the process to obtain them in the future. The social interest housing family subsidy may be applied to the following solutions or types of housing:

Housing subsidy modalities
Construction on own site
It is the modality of subsidy with which you can build your home on a plot of land, a terrace or a slab roof, which is in the name of the affiliated worker or any of the members of the household.
Subsidy in rural sector: 70 SMLMV corresponds to $91.000.000*.
Subsidy in urban sector: 18 SMLMV corresponds to $23.400.000*.

This modality of subsidy is a monetary contribution that you can obtain for one (1) time as a beneficiary, with no restitution charge, so that you can fulfill your dream of having your own home.
The new Housing that you acquire must be of Social Interest (VIS) located in the municipality of your residence.
URBAN Subsidy Value -If your monthly income is between 0 and 2 current monthly legal minimum wages (30 SMLMV) $39.000.000*.
URBAN Subsidy Value -If your monthly income is greater than 2 and up to 4 current monthly legal minimum wages (20 SMLMV) $26.000.000*.
RURAL Subsidy Value: 70 SMLMV – $91.000.000*.

Subsidy modality, with which you can improve the conditions of space, public services and quality of structure of your home.
You can use it for the qualification or installation of bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchens, hydraulic, sanitary and electrical networks, roofs, floors, structural reinforcement and other conditions related to sanitation and improvement of the housing solution, in order to progressively achieve the conditions of habitability of the dwelling*.
The value of the subsidy will depend on whether your home is located in an urban or rural area, as follows:
Value of the subsidy in the rural sector: 22 SMLMV – $28.600.000*.
Value of the subsidy in the urban sector: 18 SMLMV – $23.400.000*.
