How to make your contribution payment

Contributions are settled taking into account all the payments made for the different components of the salary, under the terms of the Labor Law, including paid breaks by Law and conventional or contractual.

Payment of parafiscal contributions must be made through the Integrated Contribution Settlement Form, PILA.

Enter social security payment, Register easily or contact our information operator MiPlanilla.com, the Free National Line, 018000117006.

  • In electronic PILA, you must have a bank account and authorization for Automatic Debit.
  • In assisted PILA, come to our offices and our collaborators will fill out the form and deliver a code or PIN to pay at the Bank.

When the company does not cause salaries in a certain period, it is not obliged to pay contributions. You must notify Comfenalco Valle delagente in writing of the employer's news through a letter from the Legal Representative, Manager and/or certification from your Accountant (with their respective copy of the professional card), indicating the time for which you will not have staff In charge of generating payroll. If the change occurs due to a merger, liquidation, cancellation of commercial registration, etc., you must attach the chamber of commerce certificate or the legal document that supports it. The retirement of workers through the PILA is not enough.

When the company hires dependent personnel again, it must request the reactivation of the employer affiliation with a letter attaching the following documentation:

  • Photocopy of the certificate of existence and legal representation (not older than 30 days).
  • Photocopy of Ruth.
  • Photocopy of identification document of the legal representative.
  • File the forms of the workers.
