What is a Compensation Box?
Comfenalco Valle Delagente es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro que, desde 1957, brinda beneficios a los trabajadores formales y sus familias en el departamento del Valle del Cauca.
Create incentives that seek comprehensive well-being through services and programs, such as monetary fees, education, housing, health, culture, recreation, and tourism, among others.
These benefits are possible thanks to the contribution of 4 % that employers make for their payroll, by affiliating them with their family group to the subsidy system.
Independent workers can also join a Family Compensation Fund, contributing 0.6 % based on a current legal monthly minimum wage, SMMLV, or 2 % on their income.
