The following are some norms, practices and recommendations focused on the Sustainable tourism, which help us to provide you with an excellent service. For this reason, we invite you to disclose them and ensure compliance:

  • You are inside a protected area that is part of the Los Farallones de Cali National Natural Park, a place for the conservation of flora and fauna, for this reason we thank you for respecting the tranquility and integrity of all forms of life, and maintaining as much silence as possible possible.

  • Smoking or making bonfires put the ecosystem at risk, therefore they are not allowed in the camping area.
  • Adult visitors who enter the accommodation accompanied by minor children (family members) will be responsible for them in all aspects of health and safety, and also for the proper use of the camping area facilities.
  • The catamaran mesh is a space for relaxation and reading, with a maximum capacity for four (4) people, in this space minors must be under the care of an adult.

  • The user will be responsible before the Compensation Fund and the competent authorities, for damages, loss of elements, damages and/or bad behavior within our facilities.
  • Take care of your personal belongings, Comfenalco Valle Delagente, is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry and other personal items of value that you own, nor does it assume any cost for the loss thereof. To avoid this situation and as a security mechanism for your personal belongings, our Family Compensation Fund has provided the luggage storage service for all users, it is totally free and you can request it during business hours.
  • If you are going to move out of the camping tent to another part of the Recreational Center, take your personal or valuable items with you.
  • After 9:00 pm, please do not do activities that affect the rest and good sleep of other users. People who return from our Tavern must do so with total discretion.
  • Report any concern or irregularity in the service to the Recreation Center Administrator, who will gladly provide you with the necessary support for a prompt solution.
  • Pool hours are extended until 9:00 pm After this time, the pools enter a maintenance and disinfection process, which can put the health of those who use them at risk.
  • In accordance with the provisions of the Art. 17 of Law 679 of 2001, Comfenalco Valle Delagente rejects and denounces the exploitation and abuse of minors, these behaviors are criminally and civilly punished in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the country.
  • Failure to comply with these recommendations may even lead to withdrawal from the Recreation Center without the right to a refund.
