The PEC Delagente has highly qualified teachers and certificates in pedagogy,
as well as with more than 500 agreements for paid internships and work practices for students.
During 2022, the PEC Delagente trained more than 22,000 students in all its educational lines. This makes the Educational Consortium of Comfenalco Valle Delagente one of the educational organizations with the greatest coverage in the country.
Since 2019, the PEC Delagente has grown vertiginously, going from 4,000 students to 22,000 in just three (3) years.
In terms of infrastructure, since 2021 interventions began at the Buga and Cartago headquarters, providing them with the most up-to-date technology and furniture for the comfort of users. Likewise, the offer of technical labor programs in these municipalities was expanded, from 1 to 6.
In 2022, the new offices in Tuluá and the Cali center were inaugurated for the English program and continuing education courses. With the expansion and improvement of the campuses, the PEC Delagente estimates that it will benefit more than 3,000 new students during the year 2023.
Currently, the consortium is present in seven (7) municipalities in the south-west of Colombia with nine (9) locations: Cali north, Cali south, Cali Centro, Palmira, Buga, Tuluá, Buenaventura, Cartago and Popayán. In addition, it has sports campuses for leisure and recreational activities: Club Cañasgordas Recreation and Sports Center (Cali), Yanacona Hotel and Recreation Center (Cali), Comfamar Recreation Center (Buenaventura), Villasol Hotel and Recreation Center (Cartago), Recreation and Sports Center , Club la Rivera (Tuluá), Club Guadalajara Recreation Center (Buga) and Parque del Sur Urban Recreation Center (Palmira), thus establishing a unique and comprehensive training offer in the region.

Labor technician in: administrative assistant, port agent, computer systems, commercial logistics, national and international cuisine, marketing, comprehensive care for early childhood, travel and tourism agency, judicial and criminal investigation, accounting and financial assistant.

The PEC Delagente educational consortium was created in November 2019 and is made up of the training institutions for work and human development POLITECNICO EMPRESARIAL COLOMBIANO – PEC and COMFENALCO VALLE DELAGENTE. The consortium arises in response to the need for training of Valle del Cauca youth in highly relevant technical labor programs, continuing education courses and the English academy.
The rise of technical training and the English program means that more and more people decide to train in highly relevant programs such as those offered at the PEC Delagente in its different locations.
With the new regulation of tertiary education, the country enters international contexts and now it will be possible to certify not only labor technicians, but also advanced technicians, whose qualifications will be recognized not only nationally but also internationally.
